Over all the rates are very good. |Recommended: YesIt's pretty quiet for the most part and the units are a nice size. The lease rates are very reasonable. Parking isn't good at all. The garages takes up too much space. The maintenance team is on time. Office staff is very friendly and professional. Overall Coral Vista is a great place to live.

A Little Pricey, but Worth the peace of mind.|Recommended: YesThe apartment is a little on the expensive side, but the area is extremely nice and well maintained. There was an issue when I first moved in and they took care of it immediately. I guess we are paying for the quality of service. I LOVE that it is PET Friendly My only concern is that the lot is EXCEEDINGLY DARK at night. People can't find my place, and that's in part due to the inability to see. Other than that, I enjoy the amenities it has to offer, the staff is super duper nice, from the office to the maintenance crew. I feel like I can really call this place home. It's in a great location and near shopping and the freeway to get to Sawgrass Mall. It's got it's quirks but it's a dream in comparison to some other places I have seen.

Decent for the price. No complaints at this time.|Recommended: YesLiving here has been pleasant. Neighbors are pleasant. The grounds are kept regularly. Amenities have been available as expected. Rent is competitive for the area. Any maintenance issues experienced have been resolved timely. Improvements are ongoing and noticeable. Prior notice to maintenance has been very well. No complaints.

Home Sweet Home|Recommended: YesThe community is well maintained. Its quiet and peaceful. The gym and pool amenities are beautiful Parking is open so its easy for visitors to come. The pet policy is good for large dogs The staff specifically Jessica and Bianca are awesome and very friendly

Update on a Previous Review|Recommended: YesOn August 4th, I posted a review about the appliances in my apartment, I must say that the business manager and maintenance manager came out immediately to resolve the issues. So far, everyone has been very helpful and accommodating. Thanks to Jessica and the maintenance team for really going above and beyond to help.
Great place to live|Recommended: YesI have lived at Coral Vista going on three years. The manager and staff are great. The maintenance guys are great. The apartments are beautiful. We have a great view of the water. It is very quiet and peaceful here. Parking is limited in the evening but that is the only complaint that I have. We feel very safe here.

Great Place for Kids|Recommended: YesI have been here for a year. The apartments layout are very comfortable and wide. Not any problem at all, very quiet. The Staff is always eager to help, great communication, fast service whenever a resident needs something to be fixed. My kids love the community and amenities...the pool, soccer indoor rink, tennis court, playground, BBQ areas, lakeside view.... Coral Vista is continuously improving to serve better to their residents, Jessica, Bianca, Edgar and the maintenance crew are respectful and with a great communication with the residents.The community is walking distance to supermarkets, bus stops among others. They are improving community relations by providing activities in their residents lounge. For this and others reasons, I will renew my lease at Coral Vista.
Nice place to live|Recommended: YesMoving here... I was very skeptical I must say. I read a lot of bad reviews, but after I moving in and adjusting to the place . I got to realized that Coral Vista is a nice place to live. It's very quite, the grounds are well kept, and the staff are always on your request. Bianca you're awesome
